Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band structured out of Las Vegas, kody Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
